Welcome to Mordheim Manager (“the app”), available at mordheimmanager.net. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is operated by E.D. Wijninga, based in the Netherlands. Contact: info@mordheimmanager.net.

1.Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the app. If you are under 16, please use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2.Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Please provide a valid email address so we can send password resets and account notices.
• You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3.Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you create — your warbands, rosters, notes, campaigns and any photos you upload.
• You are responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you don’t have the right to share.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content for the purpose of running the app for you (for example, storing your roster and showing it back to you, your campaign-mates, or — if you choose — the public gallery). We don’t claim any other rights over it.

4.The public gallery

If you mark a warband as public, its name, type, rating and your display name become visible to anyone on the internet, including people without an account. You choose whether to do this, and you can make a warband private again at any time. Don’t make content public that you don’t want to be public.

5.Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• upload unlawful, offensive, harassing or infringing content;
• attempt to access data, warbands or campaigns you are not entitled to see;
• probe, scrape, overload or attempt to break the app or its security;
• use the app to store content unrelated to the purpose it’s built for;
• misuse the reporting or campaign features to harass others.

We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are breached.

7.Availability and changes

• The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
• The app requires an internet connection; there is no offline mode.
• We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms as the app develops. Material changes will be noted in the app’s changelog, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8.Backups

You are responsible for your own backups. The app provides a JSON export of all your data at any time — please use it if your data matters to you. While we take reasonable care, we can’t guarantee against data loss.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as liability for intent or gross negligence). Because the app is provided free of charge and for a hobby purpose, our total liability is limited accordingly.

10.Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to another forum.
